Filters Used:
Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow

Supplies:
Tubes of choice & Font of choice.
For the font I used Passions Conflict ROB.

Scrapkit of choice or the one I used
Twilight (PTU) by Missy

Ready?...Let's begin!!

Open your supplies in PSP.

Copy template by hitting shift+D on your keyboard
Close the original.
Delete the copyright layer.
Go to image canvas size, resize 600x600
click on background layer and floodfill white
You can crop and resize later.

In your layer pallete click on the circle layer
selections, select all, float, defloat.
copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer
selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard
select none, add drop shadow of choice, I used 1,1,50,7
delete the circle layer.

Continue the above step with all your template layers.

Copy and paste the twilight moon, resize to your liking.
lower the opacity of this layer to around 50.

Copy and paste one of the roses as a new layer, resize to your liking,
image rotate to the left 15 degrees, move to the left of the tag,
under the rectangle layer,add drop shadow of choice, I used 1,1,50,7
Click back on the top layer, copy and paste another rose, resize and
move over to the left of the tag, overlapping the first rose,
add drop shadow of choice, I used 1,1,50,7

Copy and paste one of the candles as a new layer, resize,
move to the left bottom of the tag,
add drop shadow of choice, I used 1,1,50,7
copy and paste another candle, resize a little smaller than the first,
move over to the left bottom above the first candle
add drop shadow of choice, I used 1,1,50,7

Copy and paste the wordart from the kit, resize to your liking
place at the top of the tag, eyecandy gradient glow
Glow width-3, Soft Corners-25, Overall opacity-100
Draw only outside selection ticked, color white,
add drop shadow of choice, I used 1,1,50,5

add any other embelishments of choice, add drop shadow of choice.

Copy and paste your tube of choice,
add drop shadow of choice, I used 1,1,70,12

Add you name, gradient glow same as above,
add drop shadow of choice, I used 1,1,50,5

Crop and resize your tag to your liking.

Add your Artist and save!! Yay, You Are Done!
